You are so right about alcohol. Wine has do much sugar. Every time I have a few glasses my face turns red. I always wash my face at night I aware it makes a huge difference.
This year my goal is to be consistent with my workout routine 5x a week. Dairy will be challenging to cut out! Thank you for sharing your tips!
