Once I got my new extensions, I immediately received several inquiries about how I was curling my new long hair!
Truthfully, learning how to curl it EXACTLY like I wanted was a little bit challenging, but as always, practice makes perfect! I knew I needed to use some new products that gave different results than the products I was using for my short hair, but I really didn’t want to break the bank in investing in EVEN MORE BEAUTY PRODUCTS! While I was at Walmart picking up my favorite white tees (yep, the men’s Hanes tees…you can score a 10 pack for only $21!) I decided to swing through the beauty department and see what I could find! To my surprise, I found tons of Bumble & Bumble products that I knew would work on my long hair, plus some old faithful L’Oreal products, too!
And since I treated myself to new products from Walmart, I instead chose to not purchase new tools. Whereas I might’ve purchased a new wand in the past, I just used my Hot Tools curling iron (which you can also find at Walmart) and didn’t open the clamp! It actually worked like a charm! GO ME!
I am so exited to share this new hair tutorial with y’all and I hope you are able to steal some tips & tricks to use on your hair!
