WELL THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST REQUESTED VIDEOS, and boy, oh boy, ITS BEEN A LONG TIME COMING!

It’s no secret that my journey with rosacea has been one filled with highs & lows! While I try to be as transparent as possible about it, there are some moments that I want to just sit down and cry because it rears its ugly head without no warning at all! Thankfully, over the years, I have really paid attention to what works at keeping the flare-ups at bay…varying from certain skincare products, particular ingredients, and even food & beverage that I put in my body. So today I am MENTIONING IT ALL…Everything about my battle: how I discovered it, what helps, what hurts, major triggers, how allergy season is a factor, how hormones can work against you, skincare combos that remedy, and everything in between in regards to how I manage my rosacea at home!

See the before & after IGTV I did showing how the Colleen Rothschild CBD Oil transformed my redness HERE!

I know it’s not a natural product but after trying several things I broke down and went to the derm and was given Solara. It’s been a game changer for me I only use it at night just on my rosacea prone areas haven’t had and bumps in well over a year and redness has gone down to a light pink which is easily coverable with makeup and honestly doesn’t look that bad natural either.

I’ve been having major rosacea flares too. Found this product by SkinCeuticals at my Med spa and 3 days later the cheeks of fire are GONE. It’s Phyto Corrective Gel and it’s magical 🔥✨

A prescription for Soolantra was the only thing that finally worked for me! But even so, I still have random flushing and redness outbreaks. I do use the La Roche Posay Rosaliac serum and it does help a lot. I really want to try the Skinceuticals Redness Neutralizer!

This is amazing!! I suffer from rosacea terribly and have been scared to use acid or anything that seems harsh. Can you send a little outline of the products you’re using that have been succession in the retinoids and acids in what combination? or some sort of link to the products? that would be so very helpful/

I too suffer from rosacea. I am a woman of color yet it affects me extremely. My face is constantly red. I would get very tiny inflamed bumps that would just appear. I have flare ups from the sun or if I get upset. I find that drinking white also causes me to have flare ups. I tried everything tea tree oil, different cleansers. Finally I went to a dermatologist and I was prescribed azelaic acid. It worked for my skin. I’ve been flare up free for a year. So very happy to have found something that works.
