So, I guess I like working out now?!

Remember that scene in “Legally Blonde” where Reese Witherspoon says, “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy!” Well, I use to think that was a load of bull….until I BECAME ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE.

Since early this fall I have really tried to consistently workout..and it hasn’t always been simple. As I am creeping on my 38th birthday (SAYING THAT OUTLOUD STILL FREAKS ME OUT, NOT GONNA LIE), I truly want to be in the best shape of my life. I looked around and saw women having babies and then getting back into shape a year later…and I still was complaining about my body and hadn’t done anything about it! So this year I have made it my mission to get healthy….its not about weight, or the scale…its about HOW I FEEL. I initially began with just 3 days…either weight training or cardio. Then I upped it to 4, then 5….and now, I am weight training 4 days a week, and doing cardio twice a week!

With all that said, I know y’all have seen more workout outfits on me than ever before, so I wanted to dedicate a space here on KERRently.com where I can post what I wore to the gym, while also sharing some health tips, workout updates, and anything wellness related!
